Summary: The Wealth management Administrative Assistant performs a variety of sensitive and confidential administrative functions. This position includes responsibilities such as managing information, scheduling client meetings, answering incoming calls, and providing essential support to the office. Additionally, the Marketing & Administrative Assistant will assist with marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Team, help prioritize projects, and respond to marketing inquiries in a timely manner, as well as support event coordination efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Serve as a gatekeeper for management, understanding and prioritizing organizational needs.

* Maintain complex and frequently changing calendar.

* Arrange corporate travel, booking transportation, and arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to management.

* Coordinate in-office meetings and conference calls; answer and screen incoming phone calls and place calls as directed.

* Plan, organize, and manage company events to enhance employee engagement and company culture.

* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to elevate brand awareness.

* Assist with market research projects as needed.

* Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations.

* Support new employee onboarding processes as needed.

* Address personal matters as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

* To perform this job successfully, must have the ability to interact diplomatically and professionally while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

* Being able to work independently and manage multiple tasks is important.

* A well-organized and flexible approach will help in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Candidates should be comfortable managing various priorities, including calendar requests, to ensure meetings are appropriately scheduled.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education and/or Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred, with 1-3 years of experience as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
