Wealth Management Analyst
Reports to: Chief Trust & Investment Officer
Summary/Objective
The Wealth Management Analyst is responsible for analysis of investment products and client portfolio reviews.
Primary Functions
1. Analyst Support
* Analyze mutual funds for retirement plans.
* Assist in the selection and analysis of stocks, bonds, ETFs and mutual funds.
* Analyze and prepare reports for quarterly trust account reviews.
* Assist with the preparation of client investment review materials.
* Organize client/prospect presentation packets.
* Assist in account rebalancing & re-allocation.
* Utilize FactSet software.
* Utilize Morningstar software.
2. Compliance
* Adhere to regulatory requirements.
3. Marketing
* Assist with Wealth Management marketing efforts.
Secondary Functions
* Manage special projects as delegated.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Effective interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage confidential information.
* Must be able to work alone or in a team environment.
* Ability to read and interpret a variety of documents and reports including statistical information.
Preferred Education and Experience
* Master's Degree
* Investment management experience.
