OverviewThis position is responsible for assisting Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers with all aspects of new account opening, investment and account review process, marketing and client support. Provide exceptional service to clients in adherence to Company standards, follows policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesPerform Customer Service related tasks including but not limited to new account set-up; closing accounts; deposits/disbursements; account status changes; account notes in the CRM system.Perform administrative tasks including sorting and distributing mail; sending outgoing mail; monitoring and responding to requests via email, phone, fax and mail; setting appointments; taking and distributing messages; organizing and maintaining files within compliance and regulatory guidelines.Support Wealth Advisors/Trust Officers by preparing correspondence; review daily cash reports for liquidity needs and overdraft activity; execute daily alerts, tasks and notifications; scan and organize reports, correspondence, forms, and other client and department information; schedule meetings and calendar events; process expense reports; keep Wealth Advisors/Trust Officers focused on client experience and business development; ensure Wealth Advisor/Trust Officer is in compliance with rules and regulations.Execute advisor marketing plans by coordinating client events; client mailings and holiday gifts and notify Wealth Advisor/Trust Officer when set alerts/ticklers are triggered.Assist financial planning by entering client information into the financial planning tool; participate in presentations to clients with the Wealth Advisor/Trust Officer; assist clients with account setup and management through the financial planning tool portal.Occasional travel to meet with clients or attend team meetings.Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedure designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Company's compliance with all regulatory requirements; ensure that the unit and all personnel adhere to the same.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsA High School Diploma or GED.
