We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Operations Specialist in the Wealth Management industry. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes
  • Handle daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Provide support to senior team members in managing client accounts
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with high-net-worth clients to address inquiries and provide updates
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve client service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements that support business growth while effectively managing daily tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
  • Ability to adapt, pivot, and excel in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
