**Description**

**Duties/Responsibilities**

Follows established service support procedures to complete the following tasks in accordance with timeline measurements:

**Level I** *Possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area to effectively:*

* Process asset receipts, asset deliveries, asset adjustments, class action suits, CD purchases and redemptions, ACH transactions, cash receipt transactions, and wire transfers.

* Perform bill payment processing, including check-printing functionality and review/sign checks

* Prepare imaging paperwork, including tax forms, and other various reports.

* Post dividends and interest.

* Reconcile depository positions.

* Balance DDA, internal accounts, and trust transactions

* Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates on processes, procedures, and systems.

**Level II** *Has gained efficiency in many of the core aspects of the job and works independently within established procedures associated with the job function to effectively:*

* Complete tasks outlined within Level I duties autonomously and by using skilled decision making authority

* **Additional duties to include:**

* Process trade type transactions, including buys and sells, daily cash sweep

* Perform date of death valuations

* Mailing address change notifications

* Wire/ACH approval

* Complete notification and processing of corporate action transactions

* Prepare various reports

* Prepare management reports.

**Level III** *Has mastered proficiency in all core aspects of the job. Takes on self-guided projects and works independently within established procedures associated with the job function to effectively:*

* Complete tasks outlined within Level I/II duties autonomously and by regularly executing skilled decision making authority

* **Additional duties to include:**

* Process fee activities.

* Perform various tax processing activities.

* Review forms for IRA related transaction.

* Prepare monthly Administration past due reports

* Prepare monthly reconcilement reports

* Coordinate AddVantage statement production.

* Design and produce queries utilizing SQL for AddVantage.

* Provide assistance with creation/update of Qforms.

* Execute special projects/tasks in a self-guided fashion.

* Assist with integration of AddVantage upgrade/release items.

* Provide back up support as needed.

**Education and Training**

Level I:

* High School diploma and/or up to 1 year related work experience - required

+ Related experience to include a focus within: operations, banking, or trust administration

+ Brokerage or Trust industry experience preferred.

* Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office

Level II:

* Associates degree and/or 2+ years related work experience preferred

* High School diploma and/or 2+ years of related work experience required

+ Related experience to include a focus within: operations, banking, or trust administration

+ Brokerage or Trust Industry experience preferred.

* Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office

Level III:

* Bachelors and/or 4+ years related work experience preferred

+ Related experience to include a focus within: operations, banking, or trust administration

* In pursuit of/holds the desire to pursue CTOP/other relatable designation(s) - preferred

* Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Qualifications**

*Knowledge of:*

* Strong oral and written communication skills with moderate to high level of contra firm contact via phone and correspondence

* Strong organizational skills

* Strong attention to detail

*Ability to:*

* Multi-task and work independently

* Maintain confidentiality of customer information

* Take more than normal care to prevent loss to the organization

* Perform duties under frequent time pressures
