As an IBM.com Web Analyst you will analyze website data, extract insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the web experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor, measure, and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic patterns, user interactions, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to enhance website effectiveness and user experience.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in web analytics and digital marketing.
This is a Hybrid role; attendance at the office is currently required only 3 times per week.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics (formerly Adobe SiteCatalyst) and other web analytics tools like Google Analytics, heat maps and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience creating custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Google Tag Manager, Tealium) and channel attribution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Adobe Analytics certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with other Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, AEP, Journey Optimizer)
  • Knowledge of audience targeting data sets like 6Sense, Demandbase, Bombora et al.
  • Experience working in B2B, e-commerce and/or lead-generating businesses

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
