What you'll do

As Web Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping build and launch web experiences globally for our marketing website. You will be an expert in website and content localization best practices, working alongside partner teams such as Product, Creative and Engineering to deliver web projects within a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on multiple projects at a time, communicating with local collaborators and vendors, and has an understanding of web and localization fundamentals. You will experience and contribute to hands-on content preparation for localization and web production, global content brand and design updates, A/B experimentation, and translation memory tool implementation, in addition to working with multiple partners and agencies globally on exciting and high impact projects.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Marketing Web Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex web content management systems
  • Maintain cross-functional and cross-brand workflow processes and standards to effectively and efficiently meet deadlines
  • Coordinate and complete multiple website related projects, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and business objectives during the pre-production phase
  • Assist in triaging all new tasks for the website operations backlog, and work with partners to gather missing information and requirements when needed
  • Create and maintain web copy decks globally gathering regional partner feedback pre and post localization
  • Work with the production team to answer CMS troubleshooting questions, be the first line of defense for review before we share with stakeholders
  • Participate in site launches and testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any web content issues that arise
  • Work with QA, SEO and Analytics teams to ensure all web pages are optimized, mobile-friendly, accessible and responsive across all devices
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of website or content experience
  • Experience with traditional and headless CMS, like Drupal and Contentful
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
  • Experience with collaboration tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, Zoom)

Preferred

  • 2+ years of website or content experience in the B2B space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills
  • A diligent approach to content management and an ability to also keep an eye on the big picture
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and team-focused environment with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams on multiple timezones
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the nuances and technical complexities of other languages and regional business markets
  • Knowledge of standard processes for localizing website content and proficiency in using CAT tools (e.g., Memsource and WordFast)
Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $89,400.00 - $122,125.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
