Job Description Summary
The organization is developing a new conversational interactive voice recognition (IVR) bot for their call center. Their ongoing work includes transforming traditional IVR systems into conversational IVR to enhance customer experience by ensuring better understanding and interactive conversations.
The VUI designer will handle ad hoc requests and work on new features and enhancements within the conversational IVR. Rather than owning a specific project, this individual will contribute to various projects within the IVR, serving as a resource for the team to manage overflow work. The primary stakeholders are the internal teams assigned to specific bots. Training will be provided on the bots used in this environment.
The team is looking for a self-starter eager to further develop their skillset.
