What will your day look like? As a Website Production Associate, you will:
- Become proficient on the client's content management system that is used for financial advisor websites.
- Transform website mock ups into compelling websites that bring the copy and content strategy to life in the CMS. Website copy, design, and strategy will be provided by internal partners.
- Resolve and troubleshoot front end website issues. Write system training documentation and self help articles.
- Consult with team members and offer website solutions based on usability guidelines and web best practices.
- Configure and set up Google Analytics within the website platform. Ensure zero defect launces by conducting quality assurance review on websites.
You will be a good fit for the Website Production Associate role if you:
- Have 2 plus years of experience working on the web
- Are proficient in coding in CSS and HTML
- Have strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and user experience best practices
- Have working knowledge of Google Analytics. Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console a plus
- Have familiarity with Adobe CC Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop
- Have previous experience working on public facing websites in an enterprise CMS such as Drupal or WordPress
