Role: Web Traffic Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (2-3 days in office)
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
- Developing web measurement strategies.
- Implement and manage tracking and tagging codes on the website, app, and other digital channels.
- Working with web development and marketing teams to implement your solutions and resolve any related issues.
- Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and website performance reports.
- Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
- Communicating and presenting to colleagues and senior managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or other related fields.
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, with an emphasis on Google Analytics Premium and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics a plus.
- Experience in implementing and managing tracking and tagging codes.
- Ability to create dimensions and metrics on Google Analytics Premium tool to support reporting requirements.
- Ability to identify data quality issues, navigate multiple data sources, and work to resolve data quality issues.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across engineering, marketing, and creative fields.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
