With our continued growth, and expansion into the US Market, we're seeking Website Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team in our Morgantown, PA offices, located just a mile off PA Turnpike exit 298.

The Website Coordinator will oversee all websites outside of the USA for the global brand, including eCommerce and non-transactional regional sites. A successful Website Coordinator will be self-directive and collaborate with creative, IT, ecommerce, and consumer service teams to develop and optimize an effective site experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of the brand website, ensuring that content stays fresh, relevant, and accurate.

Coordinate the creation and update of website content, including:

  • New product setup and launch
  • Outlining content and working with creative on assets
  • Banners and marketing content blocks throughout the site
  • Sales promotion assets
  • Work with external agencies and distributor partners to obtain translations for all content
  • Custom landing pages for lead generation, campaigns, and product launches
  • Provide support to regional teams to manage local website pages and enact changes.
  • Lead communication with regional teams during site launches to ensure all content and translations are prepared and implemented accurately, and to facilitate a smooth QA process.
  • Act as the single point of contact from brand to IT for site maintenance needs.

Work with the eCommerce team to strategize timely content update needs and manage asset creation with the design team, including:

  • New product detail pages
  • Refreshes to the homepage, PLP, and menu content
  • Email marketing
  • Social content driving to the website
  • Utilize 3rd party tools integrated with the website, including:
  • BazaarVoice Reviews
  • Klevu search
  • Zendesk
  • Manage FAQs and informational articles in Zendesk
  • Research and assist with the implementation of on-page SEO in collaboration with eCommerce and content marketing teams.

Requirement and Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • College degree-related field or equivalent combination of certifications, training, and work experience.
  • B.S. degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of eCommerce and/or digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, Magento preferred, a multi-national organization, highly desirable.
  • Consumer Products Industry experience, a plus.
  • Developed understanding of business-to-consumer marketing practices, digital marketing, and customer online experience within durable goods and retail sales channels.
  • Solid understanding of complex technologies, platforms, and tools utilized to manage all digital touchpoints.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a very good sense of time management and strong decision-making skills needed to manage workflow processes, timelines, and deadlines
  • Strategic messaging, ability to assess what content should be displayed, and will move the needle toward goals by analyzing sales and conversion data as well as other factors such as new product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Proficient communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to internal and external audiences. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers and within diverse groups with the ability to obtain cooperation and maximum effort.

Technology

Other

  • Travel: Domestic and international up to 10% possible
  • Ability to work extended hours as business needs warrant; may include nights and weekends.
  • Employees who are in a Non-Exempt position must accurately complete, obtain approval from their manager, and timely submit a timecard in the form provided by the Company as it coincides with the Company's bi-weekly payroll schedule.
