•Manage client caregiver schedule from Thursday to Sunday•Answer phones in a friendly, professional attitude.•Ensure client and caregiver needs are being met•Work with caregivers and team to ensure all shifts completed including back up caregiving as needed. •Be knowledgeable of company Policies and Procedures.
•Be knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospects.•Manage caregiver/client schedules for all clients utilizing Wellsky software (training provided)•Send daily report of activity and follow up needed.•Assist with managing caregiving team on daily basis.
•Perform other duties as instructed by the Administrator.
Home Matters Caregiving specializes in providing In-Home care for the senior population so they may continue to enjoy the comfort and safety of their own home. We are looking for a team member with a strong work ethic, problem solving ability and above all...compassion for caregiving and helping others. Must have a minimum of 5 years of caregiving experience and prior management experience preferred.
