**Weekend Customer Service Manager**
Tarzana, CA **PART-TIME with regular 6-8 hour shifts Saturday and/or Sunday. Some weekday evening hours may be available as well. Work is on-site in our Tarzana office.**

The role will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls/emails/messages, working with customers and suppliers, providing quotations, and handling all aspects of the Customer Service and Sales experience.
Your primary focus will be assisting new and potential customers with questions, placing orders, custom quotes, and anything else they may need.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Answer all inbound customer enquiries and provide assistance with any questions or concerns
* Emphasize sourcing practices that allow us to pass on the best prices to our customers
* Provide custom quotations to customers via phone and email
* Work directly with our operations team to ensure we have the highest level of customer service in the industry.
**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Sales experience is a big plus!
* Self-management and motivation
* Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
* Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
* Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
* Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
* Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
* Proficiency with mobile devices and computers (e.g. tablets, smart phones and/or other devices as required)
**Spanish is a big plus!*
$20-$23 hr to start
