SALARY: $43.08 per hour 1.5x rate on Saturdays and 2.0x rate on Sundays & Holidays SHIFT: Shifts are 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM. Weekend availability must include 2 full weekends out of the month, on any of the shifts above, with preference for 10:30PM - 6:30AM and 6:30AM - 2:30PM. Would need to be available at least 1 week from 6 AM to 3 PM Monday Friday for company onboarding. If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3-phase systems including single phase 120-volt systems. Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain high-speed production and packaging machinery. Responsible for programmable controllers and computer process controls. Ensure quality standards are met at all times. Holidays and weekends are also required. Cross-training opportunities available to maximize earnings and expand technical knowledge. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Two year Associates Degree, technical certification, or equivalent industrial electrician work experience a plus. Minimum 3 years PLC programming and troubleshooting required. Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting AC variable speed drives. 3 years of troubleshooting experience with automated machinery. Outstanding communication and team-orientation skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies. Knowledge of Servos and related controllers including hydraulic and pneumatic, temperature controls. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Application of high-level quality standards. Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). BENEFITS: Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits program.
