Available Shifts: 1st- 5AM-3:30PM 2nd-4PM-2:30AM Schedules: Saturday - Sunday Friday - MondayESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Must be open to general labor as position will consist of Forklift and General labor Forklifts available: Order Picker, Reach, Turret, and EPJ Assists the supervisor in prioritizing small orders to be picked and packed Coordinates that packed and packed orders are shipped in a timely manner or sends the manifest to the shipping department to call for the routing, cancel and adjust product that is not available Makes sure all trailers are closed at the end of the day Assists the supervisor in gathering and tracking daily employee hours for Clipper ship area including any Value Added Services for the weekly hours report sent to the Operations Manager Process specialty order shipments (domestic and international shipments sent via UPS, RPS, FedEx ground, FedEx overnight, red label orders) using the Clipper ship system or hand writing international shipments Determines method of shipment based on instructions on Pick Ticket Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons and assures special shipping instructions are followed Monitors inventory levels of shipping supplies, materials & notifies manager before running out Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications Assures proper documentation (e.g. commercial invoices) is included for international shipmentInterested: apply through Apply.prologistix.com
