POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek a proficient and committed Part-Time Maintenance Technician to uphold the impeccable standards of our vacation rental properties, ensuring seamless check-ins and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will execute repairs, implement preventative maintenance procedures, and adhere to safety protocols. Your expertise in home repair and adept interpersonal skills will be pivotal in ensuring our guests have a five-star stay. This position is for Saturday and Sunday, 9 am -5 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive and regular inspections of our homes. This encompasses structural elements, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, and outdoor amenities such as pools and landscaping.
• Execute routine preventative maintenance assignments to uphold property integrity and functionality.
• Provide timely and courteous responses to guests' maintenance concerns during their stay.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to oversee the execution of high-quality, specialized repairs beyond standard maintenance tasks.
• Ensure full compliance of vacation rentals with local and state codes and regulations, guaranteeing the safety and satisfaction of all guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a general residential maintenance technician or a similar role is required.
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general home maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues and make repairs.
• Able to provide professional customer service while handling maintenance calls.
• Excellent eye for detail, the ability to stay organized, and communicate both verbally and written in English.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience and achievement

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm only
