RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs.The RIS Site Coordinator assists the on-site account team that directly supports the client's strategic and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to applicant screenings (i.e. assessments, background, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, unemployment hearings, talent records, and worker's compensation.Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7a-5psalary: $19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a talent pipelineParticipate in hiring processes by administering assessments and processing applicationsCoordinate on-site and external drug testing effortsConduct reference checksMaintain electronic and paper records of external talentComplete and audit payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and proceduresAssist with the completion of worker's compensation claimsAttend unemployment hearingsDistribute safety equipment and maintain the necessary inventoryProvide services that consistently delight our clients and talentThe essential functions of this role include:working weekendsSkillsSupervisor/CoachPerformance EvaluationQualificationsYears of experience: 1 yearExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
