Position Counselor Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time Location St. James Terrace Salary $19/hr. Days/Hours Saturday & Sunday; 12am - 8am Description Concern Housing is seeking a Weekend Overnight Counselor who will be primarily responsible for the overall monitoring and safety of tenants at the site.Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Read log for updates, instructions, and assignments.
- Filing, organizing charts, office cleaning, photocopying, etc, as assigned and/or as needed.
- Provide brief counseling as needed, redirect to core staff as appropriate.
- Crisis intervention as needed.
- Weekly medication counts, check for accuracy and corresponding documentation.
- Perform hourly walk-through of site during shift.
- Participate in monitoring of morning meds as needed.
- Prompt clients needing to wake early.
- Attend monthly staff meetings.
- Attend agency forums.
- Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
