Minimum job qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work 8 or12-hour shifts on weekends
Job duties:
- Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend shifts
- Supervise nursing staff and support teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Provide hands-on nursing care when needed
