Your leadership will directly impact the quality of healthcare services provided, and you'll serve as a trusted mentor for the nursing team, guiding them to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and proceduresCoordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEvaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient servicesMonitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as neededRespond to complex, urgent, or emergent situationsAct as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communicationMentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and trainingQualifications:Current RN license with the state board of nursingBSN degree preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare settingStrong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient careExcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamProficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systemsAbout Venza Care: At Venza Care, we're committed to creating a caring and inclusive environment where every team member can thrive.
