Job SummaryThe Tuxedo Club is looking for a weekend Tennis Pro Shop Administrator that is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills to join our team! As the first point of contact for our members and guests, the Tennis Pro Shop Administrator is friendly, professional and strives to provide excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome individuals as they enter the facility.
- Answer all calls in a professional manner, assist with inquiries and take detailed messages for pro staff.
- Provide information for current and upcoming club events.
- Book lessons, clinics, and court reservations.
- Stock and sell merchandise in the pro shop and the beverage cooler.
- Ensure first aid kit is stocked as needed.
- Perform all other related duties assigned by the Racquets Director.

- Previous hospitality or sports club concierge/receptionist experience preferred, not required
- An open and approachable personality with great verbal & written communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail and customer service
- Energetic & professional team player
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs
- (MS Office, Outlook. Excel, Restaurant management software, POS)
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work weekends (Sat & Sun)

- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, use hands & fingers, reach with hands & arms, talk and/or hear
- Employees must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs multiple times per day, & push a cart weighing up to 100lbs
- Expect to be on their feet for up to 6 hours at a time
- Must practice proper body mechanics & use appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid injury
