Weekend Veterinary ReceptionistDepartment: Receptionists Employment Type: Part Time Location: Huntington, New York Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour Description We are looking for a Part-Time go getter to join our weekend team! - Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
- Process invoices payments
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
- Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
- Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
- Accurately input data into computer software
