Vie-Del is a major producer of concentrates from grapes and other fruits, brandy, spirits, and wines. We are currently seeking talented candidates to join the Vie-Del Family. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package in an employee-friendly and rewarding environment.SUMMARY: The Weighmaster (Seasonal) during grape season under limited supervision from the Operations Compliance Records Manager will direct and control the movement of the grape trucks to and from the crusher and records weights and tons accurately and legibly in accordance with established procedures. Also responsible for weighing other inbound and/or outbound truck movements. DUTIES:

Detail oriented, must pay attention to detail

Self-starter

Have basic computer skills

Data Entry, and Typing skills a plus

Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Must be able to work all shifts at both Plants

Requires excellent attendance

Must be punctual

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be conscientious, detail oriented, and a self-starter. Basic computer skills, data entry, and typing are helpful. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalent. 2. English Language Skills Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write and the ability to speak effectively. Ability to effectively present information, both verbally and in writing. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. 3. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Other Requirements

Ability to be detail oriented. Must pay attention to details. Must have a Valid California Driver's license with a clean DMV record.
