Summary:
We are seeking candidates based in Mountain or Pacific Time zones.
We are seeking a Welcome Center Engagement Advisor to work remotely from their home engaging with families and customers with empathy and respect while building trust through education and shared knowledge to help them find solutions for a better lifestyle and support.
Responsibilities:
* Must demonstrate excellent time management and work habits.
* Embracing our Four Agreements: Empathy, Respect, Trust and Minding the Business.
* Establishing and maintaining client relationships though compassionate conversations and written correspondence. Creating that sense of a shared purpose or something better...not transactional.
* Discovery of the family and customer needs and desires. Finding solutions for a better lifestyle and support; to enhance the lives of all parties involved.
* Demonstrate a unique desire to help and serve; pride in action.
* Be an empathetic consultant giving hope through advising. Build trust through caring solutions. Identifying and communicating effective solutions to the customer's needs and desires with the company's products and services.
* Communicating effectively with community teams and co-workers, scheduling the next step; including conversion of inquiries to opportunities, scheduling community and virtual tour appointments, and follow-up activities.
* Completes and maintains the Five Star CRM (lead database) for all transactions immediately. This includes documentation of all completed and scheduled tasks, including but not limited to calls, emails, texts and events.
* Communicate to supervisor any workflow issues.
Requirements:
* High School degree with some college preferred.
* Experience working with seniors preferred.
* Ability to speak and write effectively to present information
* Proven computer skills and success working with computers including Microsoft Office Suite and contact management software applications (CRM).
* Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules of families and customers. This may require evening and weekend availability to accommodate work across all time zones in the U.S. and to cover time-off for PTO and vacation for other team members.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Shift/Hours
Flexibility to set your own schedule, with supervisors' approval, as long as follow-up to families and customers is done in a timely and consistent fashion. Scheduling requires follow-up to families and customers in multiple time zones in the U.S.
Attend mandatory meetings via internet using services like Skype, Teams, or Zoom.

Five Star Senior Living's corporate headquarters are located in Newton, Massachusetts. Just 20 minutes outside of downtown Boston, the building features easy access to public transportation and the Massachusetts Turnpike.
