Together, let's write the next chapter of your career!Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Boutique Director, the Welcome Host will assist clients throughout their boutique experience. Your responsibilities will include handling and processing all appointment inquiries, welcoming clients, and gathering information to build comprehensive client profilesRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop strong relationships and smooth collaboration with the entire team.
  • Partner up with Operations Specialist to ensure or supply orders are completed / received in a timely manner.
  • Answer the phone promptly, courteously and follow the AP Standard.
  • Handle and accurately process all appointment enquiries.
  • Welcome and process all walk-in clientele.
  • Pass all special guest requirements to the relevant team members required to act upon them.
  • Accurately take and process all cancellations and amendments.
  • Accurately add appointment details into the CRM system, including correcting guest profiles and any preferences (seat, sales associate, F&B).
  • Handle accurately all appointment requests, ensuring that all email/letter or call reservation confirmations are sent out within 24 hours.
  • Welcome guests with warmth and courtesy according to AP standards.
  • Assists guests with their belongings and ensure that they are returned with no delay.
  • If personal information is gathered, provide this info to the relevant team members required to act upon them.
  • Support the manager on duty during every shift, as well as the rest of the team ensuring a smooth, pleasant, and efficient service.
  • Contribute to a good economic and human resources management of the boutique, maintaining high moral standards.
  • Escort clients to their sales associate, pointing possible obstacles (i.e., step) and to assist them when sitting/ offering and serving a beverage.
  • Inform your manager in duty of any guest feedback, request, or complaint so that they can take immediate action.
  • Assist guests when leaving the boutique or returning to their seat.
  • Ensure tidiness/ cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Complete weekly inventory of supplies.
  • Manage back stock of welcome materials.
  • Restock boutique (sales floor and kitchen) throughout the day.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in hospitality reservation or a similar role.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system.
  • A good command of both written and spoken English is required and additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as needed with strong time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, follow up skills and collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the watch industry is a plus.

Additional InformationAudemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The hourly range for this position is $30-$35 per hour.
