Overview

Join our team producing high end custom architectural lighting fixtures as a Welder. Weld and fabricate parts for lighting fixtures in a manufacturing environment. Full time Mon-Thurs. Excellent affordable medical, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays and paid time off.

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 / Hour

Responsibilities
  • Weld using MIG, TIG, or other welding processes.
  • Use appropriate measuring instruments to the task.
  • Operate hand tools.
  • Meet planned work center times in ERP system.
  • Blueprint reading skills and welding symbols.
  • Operate a variety of machines in the factory.
  • Interface with other departments to accomplish tasks.
  • Communicate professionally.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Follow all applicable safety requirements to comply with regulatory agencies.
  • Perform ERP transactions accurately to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

▪ Minimum two years welding experience with a variety of different metals to include aluminum and steel.

▪ Welding certificate preferred.

▪ Ability to use various factory machines including grinders, drill presses and sheers.▪ High school diploma or equivalent.▪ Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics▪ Familiarity with manufacturing processes.▪ Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
