Together we deliver systems all around the world and the markets for our products are constantly growing.Position SummaryListed work hours: 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.MThis position is responsible for performing various welding functions required by both the Compressor Assembly department and the Machine Shop. This position is responsible for TIG and MIG welding, with emphasis on TIG welding (95%).Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs helium tight welds as necessary on all pressure vessels, sub-assemblies, final assemblies and other fixtures or vessels Welds using various techniques unique to Bluefors trainingAssists with preparation and inventory of tubes, caps, and work in process including various sub-assembliesPerforms maintenance including cleaning work areas, tools, and partsAdheres to quality and safety standards as required by Bluefors in regards to self, all equipment, supplies and productsMaintains appropriate recordsOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED with one year TIG weld experience; or one year certificate from college or technical School and/or six months experience in the field of TIG Welding; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Employee BenefitsBluefors offers a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, long and short-term disability, life, training, tuition reimbursement, and Paid Time Off (PTO).This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
