• Have 2-5 years of experience with MIG & TIG welding in a fabrication environment
• Mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel MIG & TIG welding experience
• Be a problem solver
• Blueprint reading a must
• Quality focused
• Welding certification or technical degree a plus
