Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a 1st shift MIG Welder to fabricate structural and miscellaneous steel for the construction industry for a company in Elkhart, IN.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints for steel fabrication
Fit, mark, place, tack, and MIG weld steel parts
Operate CNC machines and plasma tables as necessary
Assist in the paint/prime area and yard
Utilize overhead cranes and forklifts

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 6am to 11am, averaging 45-55 hours per week . During the first month of employment, training hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm. The facility is a small, clean, and organized shop. Employees must have their own welding helmet and jacket.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
