This role involves fabricating and assembling metal parts to exact specifications using various welding techniques and CNC/plasma cutting tables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, CNC programming, and metalworking, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metal components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Operate CNC and plasma cutting tables for precision metal cutting.
• Program CNC machines according to project requirements.
• Monitor cutting processes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in welding and CNC/plasma table operation.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Experience with CNC programming and metal fabrication.
• Ability to handle heavy materials and work with precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
