Crucial LinkWelder - MIG/FCAW1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Needed - Mon-FriPay: $18-$24 per hour plus monthly attendance bonusPosition Overview:This role involves accurately measuring, cutting, and assembling materials in a safe and organized manner to support production requirements.Primary Responsibilities:- Work efficiently at a fast pace, maintaining high proficiency- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications- Measure and cut materials to meet specified dimensions- Use appropriate welding techniques to join metals accurately- Verify completed work meets tolerance standards- Select, measure, cut, and weld metals per specifications- Prepare metals and work surfaces for safe and effective assembly- Regularly clean and inspect welding tools and equipment- Follow all safety guidelines and keep the work area organized- Operate 4” and 9” grinders for extended periodsJob Requirements:- At least 1 year of MIG welding experience- Minimum 6 months experience with Fluxcore/dual-shield welding (FCAW)- Reliable and dependable work ethic- Proficient in reading a tape measure- Capable of performing manual labor tasks- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work quickly and efficiently- Open to learning company processes and procedures- Proficient in reading blueprints and following supervisor instructions- Knowledgeable in manual and mechanical welding techniquesMUST be able to pass a drug screen and background checkMUST have a valid Drivers LicensePhysical Requirements:- Ability to respond quickly to sounds and visual cues- Able to identify and react to potentially dangerous situations- Capable of correctly wearing and using personal protective equipment- Physically able to perform manual tasks#zr #talroo
