Candidates must have previous experience in sheet metal fabrication, and using machinery such as: press brakes, autoshears, autobenders. Daily tasks will vary, the majority of the work will be in sheet metal fabrication and also training in welding.Benefits We Offer! •Competitive wages•Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance •Accrual PTO & 10 paid holidays•Your safety is our priority!•Opportunities for career advancement•Bonus incentivesResponsibilities & Tasks•Work on sheet metal fabrication, building metal panels, commercial roofing trim & flashings, and other projects•Operate machinery/equipment on a daily basis: Autoshear, auto bender, press brake, CNC punch, may need to operate forklift•Detail and finishing work-polishing, grinding, etc.•Use various hand and power tools: sheet metal shears, grinders, sander, aluminum spool gun•Complete projects from start to finish, individually and as a team Requirements •Can operate some or all of the sheet metal equipment: Autoshear, auto bender, press brake, CNC punch•Can layout- (the process of transferring the blue-prints and correct dimensions to create the physical product)•Experience with metal fabrication: bending, shearing, punching, crating•Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required •Has previously worked in a manufacturing/fabrication setting •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines •Has reliable transportation•Willing to submit background check and drug test*$25 - $30 an hourFlynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building's outer layer, including roofing, glazing, waterproofing, and architectural metals.
