WELDER Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm $18.00 per hourESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerform TIG welding on various metal components (stainless steel and aluminum) andstructuresRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weldingsymbolsSet up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders, plasma cutters, and handtoolsPrepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, andcuttingFabricate and assemble metal parts according tospecificationsConduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet requiredstandardsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean workareaJOB REQUIREMENTSMust pass welding test.Proven experience as a TIG welder or similar roleProficient in TIG welding techniques and processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technicaldrawingsStrong attention to detail and ability to work withprecisionFamiliarity with using measuring toolsi.e.calipersAbility to lift 50lbs and work in various positions (standing,kneeling, bending)Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot weldingissues
