Job Summary:We are seeking highly skilled Journeyman Welders, Boilermakers, Millwrights, Pipe Fitters, and Iron Workers to join our team. If you are an experienced professional in one of these trades, we want to hear from you! Join a company that values craftsmanship and expertise.Key Responsibilities:1. Journeyman Welder
    • Perform structural and pipe welding using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.
    • Ensure all welding complies with company and industry safety standards.
    • Conduct routine inspections and repairs of welded structures.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in welding.
    • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
2. Journeyman Boilermaker
    • Assemble, install, and repair boilers, tanks, and other large vessels.
    • Use welding and bolting techniques to fabricate boiler components.
    • Work at various heights and in confined spaces.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Boilermaker.
    • Knowledge of boiler codes and standards (ASME).
    • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Must be physically capable of heavy lifting and working in challenging environments.
3. Journeyman Millwright
    • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
    • Align machines and equipment using precision tools and instruments.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 4 years of millwright experience.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings.
    • Familiarity with machine shop tools and industrial equipment.
4. Journeyman Pipe Fitter
    • Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, steam, and industrial piping.
    • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for pipe layouts.
    • Cut, bend, and thread pipes using various hand and power tools.
  • Requirements:
    • Journeyman Pipe Fitter certification.
    • At least 4 years of experience in pipe fitting.
    • Ability to work with different materials such as copper, steel, and plastic.
    • Familiarity with pressure testing and welding techniques for pipe systems.
5. Journeyman Iron Worker
    • Fabricate and install steel structures and framework for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
    • Perform rigging and signal crane operators for material placement.
    • Ensure all ironwork is completed to code and meets safety standards.
    • Read blueprints and layouts to assemble iron and steel components.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ironwork.
    • Ability to work at heights and use heavy lifting equipment.
    • Strong understanding of construction safety and OSHA regulations.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work long, flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Work Location and Travel:
  • The main office is located at 2730 Mine and Mill Road, Lakeland, FL.
  • Travel to client and customer sites is required.
  • Days and hours of work may vary at times to include some evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:
  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday to Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
  • This position is safety sensitive in nature, which means employees perform duties so fraught with risks of injury to self or others, or environmental injury, that even a momentary lapse of concentration or attention can have disastrous consequences.
  • The working environment is often in harsh elements (hot/humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.) Industrial environments often have exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety-sensitive hazards/risks. Must always be alert and able to safely perform the essential duties of the job without risking harm to oneself or others.
