Our client is seeking experienced Welder/Fabricator to join their team. The ideal candidates will have a good work ethic, attention to detail and dedication which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Experienced Welder/FabricatorLocation: Alexandria, MNPay range: Based on ExperienceHours: 7:30am - 5pmResponsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding based on job requirements and material specificationsFabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints, layouts, or schematicsOperate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficientlyInspect and verify the quality of welds and finished products, making adjustments or repairs as neededFollow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining a clean work environmentCollaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely project completionTroubleshoot welding issues and adjust techniques to ensure high-quality resultsMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any modifications madeQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or metal fabrication preferredProven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, ideally within a manufacturing or production environmentProficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques; experience with other welding methods is a plusAbility to interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamPhysical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environmentIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
