Description of the role:
The Well-Skilled Caregiver position at Always Best Care Senior Services-Atlanta/Buckhead is essential for providing exceptional care to seniors in Lawrenceville, Georgia. As a caregiver, you will assist seniors with their daily activities and provide emotional support.
Responsibilities:
* Assist seniors with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Administer medication and ensure all prescriptions are taken as scheduled
* Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
* Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
* Engage seniors in meaningful activities and provide companionship
* Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
* Compassion and empathy towards seniors
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Atlanta/Buckhead is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Union City, Georgia. This is a part-time, hourly position for 16 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This individual contributor role requires a well-skilled individual with experience in healthcare or medical background.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position will range from $13 to $15 per hour, paid weekly. Our caregivers also have the opportunity for advancement within our company. Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate and respectful care to our senior clients
* Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, ambulation, and medication reminders
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties
* Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our team
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a healthcare or medical role
* CPR/First Aid certification
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

* Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks
* Must be available to work Monday through Thursday in Union City, Georgia
