Join Our Team as a Wellness Assistant at Agemark Senior Living!Country House III in Lincoln NE, an Agemark Senior Living Communities is proud to be recognized as one of Fortune's Best Workplaces for Aging Services, We're looking for a compassionate Wellness Assistant to join our team and help create an environment you'd want for your own loved ones.What You'll Do:As a Wellness Assistant, you'll support the Director of Nursing and Life Enrichment Coach in providing high-quality care and engaging activities for our residents. Your role will involve:
  • Coordinating daily activities and assisting with resident needs, ensuring no meals or appointments are missed.
  • Handling administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication flow, and office organization.
  • Providing medication support (previous Medication Technician experience preferred).
  • Assisting with events, and resident programs, and coordinating services like transportation and maintenance requests.
  • Being the go-to problem-solver for residents and staff.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior care (preferred).
  • Medication Technician training and experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
