Clean equipment as requested by supervisor.* Participate in special events and open houses throughout the year.* Maintain continuous surveillance during shift.* Encourage members to live a healthy lifestyle.* Ensure compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.* Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsWhat You'll Need* Must be 18 years of age or older* Effective communication skills and ability to interface with all personality types required* Knowledge and/or experience in basic exercise principles required* Obtain and maintain all additional new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hireWork Conditions and Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
