They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!Plans, organizes, and promotes corporate Wellness Programs and corporate Fitness Center activities. Coordinates and promotes employee involvement activities and work/life programs. Main support for Pandemic response. Provides main back-up support for the Leave of Absence Specialist including Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), disability, and Workers' Compensation claims. Provides support for Employee Benefits department.Hours:HWFHMonday - Friday, 8:00-4:30Required:High school diploma or equivalent.Leadership and presentation experience.Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing applications (Microsoft Word and Excel).Ability to apply job training on HRIS and reporting system effectively within 10 weeks. Strong analytical skills.Management of multiple priorities, from broad to finely detailed issues.Experience/background evidencing strengths in confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.Critical thinking, good judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management - defining scope, planning, researching, implementation, etc.Ability to coordinate activities and promote employee involvement activities.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to professionally communicate complex leave of absence laws, policies, and procedures to employees.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with employees and discuss sensitive, personal information professionally and discretely.Preferred:Employee benefits experience.Applicable college courses, knowledge of employment law, and/or human resource experience.Wellness event planning experience and/or health care related knowledge.Professional and/or promotional writing skills.It is CEFCU's policy and intent to provide equal opportunity to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, political affiliation, sex/gender (including gender expression/identity, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), marital status, registered domestic partner status, sexual orientation, age, ancestry, national origin, veteran status, disability, medical condition, genetic characteristics, and/or any other basis protected by law.
