As a smaller company, we cater to our resident's needs, and take pride in providing an employee friendly work environment.The duties of the Wellness Coordinator includes: developing and implementing a program of physical, mental and spiritual wellness, which will assist the employees and residents live life as fully and as healthy as possible. To maintain and/or restore residents of their physical and mental capacities in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations along with following OPP established policies and procedures and as may be directed by your supervisor. Lastly, to assure that a successful Wellness program is available to the Oak Park Place Community.RequirementsRequirements:• Degree in health related field preferred• 3 years of Recreational/Exercise experience• Must have patience, tact and cheerful disposition• Lead a healthy lifestyle to be a role model to the residents and employees
