This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working as a Personal Support Specialist (PSS), Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA), or anyone who enjoys enhancing the lives of seniors.Wellness Coordinator Job Description: An hourly direct care staff position that ensures that residents, if they so desire, participate in scheduled, coordinated, and implemented wellness programs. This position requires active participation in the resident assessment process and work on the development of resident goals. The Wellness Coordinator will maintain a balance of wellness activities that enrich the physical, emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, and vocational aspects of all residents. This position requires flexibility in the work schedule, but it is generally a day shift schedule.Pay range $18.00 - $20.50 per hour depending on experience.Wellness Coordinator Benefits:

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least three to five years experience working with the disabled/elderly population required
  • Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field preferred, but not required
