This role is key to ensuring that systems run smoothly, services are delivered with excellence, and the overall quality of life for our residents remains high.You will lead a team of caregivers and be responsible for compliance, reporting, and wellness initiatives. We need someone who has the skills and experience to manage both the big picture and the details—and who can build relationships with residents, staff, and families.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Oversight:Hire, train, and supervise Resident Assistants with a focus on retention and teamwork.Support the Executive Director with care plans and at-risk assessments.Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.Resident Care:Manage and review Electronic Medication Records (EMAR) daily to ensure accuracy.Coordinate care services for new and existing residents and ensure POCs (Plans of Care) are in place.Conduct new resident check-ins and audits to ensure seamless transitions.Perform monthly and annual resident assessments, updating care plans as needed.Provide oversight of compliance with state and federal regulations and audits.Administrative Duties:Create and distribute care reports to leadership teams.Conduct TB tests for new team members and residents.Maintain clear dashboards and records to support efficient operations.What We're Looking ForExperience: At least 3+ years leading care in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings.License: Active Texas LVN or RN license is required.Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Eldermark).Attitude: A passion for seniors and the ability to inspire your team to put residents' well-being first.Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and hospitality skills, with a resident-first mindset.Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations and quality assurance practices.Why You'll Love This RoleThis is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to build a career where your passion for seniors can flourish.
