As a member of our caring community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents. Your positive attitude, love for seniors, and commitment to providing exceptional care will make a lasting impact. Responsibilities:Resident Care:Administer medication program and treatments as prescribed.Monitor, track, and report residents' health status.Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and their families.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.Document all care and observations.Team Collaboration:Work closely with caregivers, CNAs, CMAs, and other team members to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.Lead staff meetings and in-service training.Compliance:Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to healthcare.Maintain confidentiality of resident information.Qualifications:License: Active Georgia license as an LPN.Experience: Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred but not required.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a compassionate and caring demeanor.Attitude: A genuine love for seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional care.Why Join Our Team:At St Ives Hometown Living of Johns Creek we offer a fulfilling and rewarding work environment.
