JOB DESCRIPTION: Major Project Management Company seeking a West Regional Director HR for its Los Angeles Office. Overall responsibility for leading a Team of HRBPs and HR Administrators in 20 Office locations across the West Region. Involves frequent “hands on” interaction with Field Technicians. Plus, working closely with Management. Requires 20% Travel . Not a Remote work situation. Reports to the SR Director HR located out of State. Job Functions include: Effectively manage/ develop HR employees at 20 Sites. Coach, counsel all levels of Management and HR Team Members on Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Benefits, Compensation Administration, Staffing. Ensure Compliance with Regional Labor Laws, Company Policies & Procedures. Ensure a Diverse & Inclusive workplace culture. Foster the Company to be free of Harassment & Discrimination. Utilize HRIS System to analyze HR Metrics tracking key Performance indicators and identifying Demonstrate High Quality Standards of Behavior by demonstrating Respect & Integrity in the workplace. JOB REQUIREMENTS: BS Human Resources or related Degree. Masters Degree a plus. Must be able to travel 20% to the States of California, Washington, Arizona, Oregon. Minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a Director/ Sr HR Manager position. Must have multi-site HR Management experience. Demonstrated Leadership, Communications, Leadership Skills.
