Position OverviewThe Western Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Western US by managing distributor/showroom relationships as well as contractor relationships. The core of our business is in Southern California, but we have existing partnerships throughout the region and are looking to build and develop more. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the Western USBuild and maintain strong relationships with rep agency connectionsFoster contractor and developer relationships Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture themProvide market insights to product management and marketing teams to help shape product strategyQualifications5+ years of experience in lighting sales with a focus on the Multi Family (MFH) and Residential marketsExisting connections with contractors/developers and distributors in the Western USWilling/able to travel regularly throughout the territoryProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the Western regionStrong understanding of this region's market and its customer needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldBenefits- Base Salary: $130K-$150K (DOE)- Uncapped bonus structure: (Variable OTE: $180K+)Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred Skillsmfhmulti familyResidentialLightingSales
