With revenue of more than $12 billion in FY22 and approximately 25,000 people globally working alongside 125,000 global customers, ADI ensures today's innovators stay Ahead of What's Possible.Typical Responsibilities include but not limited to:Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing by providing technical expertise in photolithography processesDeveloping improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle timeRoot cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programsTroubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvementOptimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools Qualifying new equipment and new processesAnalyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiencyMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field of study5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in wet etch, with preference for linear sink experienceGood understanding of wet etch chemicals and process knowledge Able to work on-site in cleanroomExperience in a high volume manufacturing environmentPreferred QualificationsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDemonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of ownershipFlexibility to learn new systems, platforms, and processesAble to adapt to a frequently changing environmentSelf-starter with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operationExperience on JST, TEL, and/or SCP linear sinksFamiliarity with front end wet etch processes/chemistries including HF, sulfuric, SC1, SC2, phosphoric, and BOEFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
