Midnight shift 11:00pm-7:30am

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor bagging equipment
- Notify lead person of any irregularities in equipment or product
- Perform quality control checks as required
- Complete scanning to the inventory management system
- Assist co-worker to maintain a smooth flow of packaged product
- Check for accurate product coding and labeling
- Maintain accurate and orderly production logs
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Assist in other production areas as required
- Palletize (stack) finished whey products as per procedures
- Perform forklift safety check before operating forklift and inform supervisor of machine defects
- Operate forklift in a safe manner
- Enter production data into SAP inventory system
- Assist in training of new personnel
- Minimize water usage and the generation of wastewater within the scope of the position
- Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements
- Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Certified in Forklift Operation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use commercial English, grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
