At Adecco, an On-Site Supervisor In-House Associate can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our associates and customers. In this role, you will be representing Adecco at one of our On-site locations in Team Lead capacity.**Responsibilities for this On-Site Supervisor role include:**+ Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes+ Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed+ Attend client meetings+ Assist with onsite timekeeping+ Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met+ Complete associate counseling regarding performance and attendance when needed.+ Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
