Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Knox, IN Salary: $31.27/hour (After 90 days of active time in position and solid performance review, eligible for rate increase)Schedule: Straight days (S/1)Shift Differential: $1.25/hour for afternoon and midnight shifts White Flyer Targets: Manufacturing facilities in five states throughout the United States and is the leader in serving gun clubs and shooters. Focus: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing remedial repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Essential Functions - : Work with and/or lead the operating crew to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Troubleshoots and performs repairs on equipment. Ensures operation of machinery and other production equipment by completing preventive maintenance. Ability to diagnose defective mechanical parts and disassemble the components for repair.
