Job Description:
The Cleaning Specialists' primary responsibility is to ensure all areas of the community are neat, clean, and well maintained. This position is also responsible for completing the cleaning of apartments for turnover. Responsibilities: Demonstrate attention to detail when performing cleaning tasks such as: dusting, washing, waxing, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. Complete service requests that pertain to housekeeping needs for residents moving in or out, cleaning of model apartments, apartment turnover, and general cleanliness of public areas. Assist in maintaining property grounds year-round. Follow cleaning product and usage expectations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Ensure proper use and care of all equipment necessary to perform Housekeeping duties including vacuums, brooms, mops, shovels, and snowblowers. Help with yearly unit inspections.
